CIPAA Construction Claim Sdn Bhd (CCC)

is a private limited company comprises of a team of professionals who are dedicated to assist players in the construction industry to resolve payment disputes under construction contracts by way of statutory adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA 2012).

Non-payment or late payment problems are issues that permeate the Malaysian construction industry. Construction players, especially the sub-contractors often find themselves in the lower hand against big corporate developers or main-contractors in recovering payment for construction work done. CCC aims to shape the pattern of payment in the construction industry by providing a speedier and more cost effective means to dispute resolution by leveraging on the adjudication mechanism under the CIPAA.

Our team is experienced in handling construction disputes. We hope that with the role played by CCC, the interests of all contractors, sub-contractors, construction material suppliers and construction related consultants with regard to construction industry in Malaysia can be adequately protected.

Our Objectives

To raise awareness

among the players in the construction industry of the benefits of the construction payment adjudication under the CIPAA which has recently came in force. We are dedicated in organizing seminars, workshop and roadshow to explain to the public the adjudication mechanism under the CIPAA and its benefits.

To promote

the development of law in the area of construction payment adjudication. By encouraging parties in dispute to go for adjudication under the CIPAA, there will be increasing number of landmark cases and this will facilitate the development of this area of law to achieve international standard.

To assist

the party who face construction payment dispute to resolve their dispute through adjudication mechanism under the CIPAA.
